Hi guys, it's my second week hitting the gym now. So tiring but I did not give up, I will never give up. I need real motivation to sustain in this calorie burning activity and achieve the desired body fit I dreamed of. I know It's still a long run but I am optimistic that I will achieve a good result because I believe that in every sacrifice there is always a good result not that easily be achieved but at least you know in your mind that it will gonna happen.
Hitting the gym every other day makes my body so energetic and strong, keeps my mind awake always and alert. I did a diet program also which is 1 cup of rice only per meal with lots of veggies and fruits along with Fruit drinks with L-carnitine. I planned to buy food suplements and fat burning capsules but I am afraid of its side effects :) I will first consult our gym instructor.
